Adventure Ireland Programs
Adventure Ireland was launched in Summer 1996. The Adventure Ireland programmes were set up to enable
students in the USA and Canada to visit Ireland and learn about the
culture, heritage and fabric of Ireland, past and present.
We have a variety of different cultural & sports programs based here
in Ireland suitable for high schools, teens, college & universities and
gap year students.
Summercamp
If you are aged between 12 and 17, our Adventure Ireland Summer Camp
is perfect for you. This is a three-week program here in Donegal, with
teens from all over the world. We will help your parents arrange the
travel, we will take good care of you, and introduce you to all aspects
of Ireland- culture, history, travel, sports, dance, music.

My trip to Ireland was and forever will be one of the best experiences of my life. In such a short time, I made irreplaceable memories, dear friends, and gained stories to last me a lifetime. I loved my time with Adventure Ireland immeasurably, and you can be sure I'm going to recommend it to everyone I know!

Gap Year / Study Abroad
If you are aged 18+, and you are looking for a Gap Year or Study abroad
experience, we have 10-week semesters each Fall and Spring.
The programs incorporate a lot of outdoor activities such as surfing and
hiking as well as cultural trips.
These programs are for individuals who would like to spend some time in
Ireland, and you will receive a very warm welcome from us here.

We, as parents, are very pleased with the opportunities afforded Daniel
in Adventure Ireland. It was his first experience being away from home
for an extended period and it was well worth it!
It was important for Daniel to get "out on his own", experience new
surroundings and meet some new friends. We were very pleased with the
program and the people involved with his development.
Daniel has been in Clearwater Florida since January at Players School of
Music. He will wrap up his tenure there in December and hopes to pursue
a performance major at an accredited school.
Adventure Ireland was the launching pad to his development and has given
him the confidence to pursue his passions. He appears to be genuinely
content and motivated to take the next step in his education.
We appreciate what your program has done for Daniel. We would encourage
other parents to consider this option for their adult children who may
need to expand their horizons in an alternative educational setting.

We also run programs
for many US Colleges, and also for ‘The Irish Way’ program at the Irish
American Cultural Institute (USA). Our staff are experts in introducing
Ireland, past and present to interested students. We are happy to design
custom cultural/ sports / vacation programs for Groups, Colleges &
Organizations.
Customized Group Trips
I traveled to Bundoran with Meredith College in the summer of 2009. My
time in Bundoran was possibly the most memorable summer yet. My
classmates and I still look back on our times at the Adventure Centre
and talk about the times we went surfing, kayaking, and all of the
hilarious team building activities we participated in. I would recommend
this unique and challenging program to anyone who is looking to be
surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery in the world
complimented by an amazing staff at the Adventure Centre.
